What is the difference between Dsl Service and Cable Internet Service?

Well the main difference is in the delivery. Dsl Service comes in over the phone line. Cable internet service comes in the form of cable, just like cable tv. There are benefits to both services. You can most likely get Dsl Service from the same company that provides your local phone service. These providers usually offer a discount when you bundle services. You also usually can get a discount for bundling cable services, however. Although, with the number of consumers who have satellite dishes these days, it is much more likely that you have a phone service to bundle your internet connection with. Dsl Providers would like you to believe cable speeds are affected more by traffic, but the fact of the matter is, they are both affected by providers over-subscribing the service.
